Terms and Conditions

 

  • A 50% deposit based on the room hire is required to confirm your booking and is non-refundable under any circumstances. These deposits are to be pain within 7 days upon receipt of the signed event contract.

  • The final balance must be settled 2 months prior to the event date.

  • Events booked on bank holidays will incur higher room charges.

  • For all Christmas bookings a 25% non-refundable deposit (based on the total cost of the event) is required to confirm your booking. For venue exclusivity during December: we require 35% non-refundable deposit, a minimum of 130 people attendance, and full payment of the total balance no later than November 1st.

 

  • Depending on the nature of the event, the management reserve the right to request an additional deposit against extreme mess or property damage. If there is any damage to any of the property belonging to Sherwoods/Eastleigh Football Club or extreme mess during the event, the cost to repair and clean-up will be deducted from this additional deposit and the refund will be made within 7 days after the event. The additional deposit amount is £200 for the Sherwoods and Brooks venue.

 

  • No alcohol will be permitted on the premises which has not been purchased from Sherwoods. If we do find alcohol on any customer this will be confiscated by a member of staff and it can be collected after the event has finished.

 

 

  • No food or any outside caterer can be brought in our Brooks & Sherwoods venue and we cannot offer any storage space or us of our kitchen. Catering options can be provided upon request when booking the facilities.

 

  • Food orders and pre-orders must be provided no later than 14 working days before the event. ​

 

  • Any person who is verbally abusive or mistreats any member of staff may be asked to leave the premises. Further action will be taken if deemed necessary.

 

  • Eastleigh Football Club has zero tolerance on underage drinking.

  • Eastleigh Football Club has zero tolerance on drugs.

 

  • Depending on the event children are allowed and must be supervised at all times.

  • Depending on the event, security may be required. Sherwood’s will use their own security staff and the cost will be at a variable rate.

 

  • The bar will close 15 minutes prior to your finishing time. Customers will be asked to leave the premises no later than 15 minutes after closing time.

  • No equipment or personal possessions can be left at the premises overnight without the managements consent prior to the event.

 

  • No glasses or bottles are allowed in our car park.

 

  • No cars can be left overnight without the managements consent.

 

  • When leaving the premises please respect our neighbours and leave quietly.

 

     The following cancellation conditions will apply which do not included the             non-refundable deposit:

                          Up to 28 days – 25% of the total cost will be charged.

                           28 to 14 days – 50% of the total cost will be charged.

                         14 days or less – 100% of the total cost will be charged.
